Who we are

Chartjump is run by Dumke Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Ebersprung 2, 16321 Bernau, Germany ("we"). Contact: hello@chartjump.com.

The service

Chartjump collects public information about mobile apps (ads, creator posts, own accounts, store data) and adds our own analysis. Some pages are open, some need a free account, and some need a paid plan.

Estimates and analysis: no reliance

Revenue and download figures are our estimates, shown as ranges. Analysis such as "why it works", audience groups and creator types is our opinion, partly written with AI. Both can be wrong. Do not rely on them for investment, lending, legal or employment decisions. We give no warranty that the data is complete, current or correct.

Plans, billing and credits

• Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time in the billing portal; the plan runs to the end of the paid month.
• Payments go through Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout.
• Credits pay for "Copy this ad" orders. Plan credits are added each paid month. Credit packs are one-off purchases.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, copy in bulk or mirror the site. Use the API for machine access.
• Do not use Chartjump to harass, contact at scale or profile individual creators or any other person.
• Do not resell or republish the data, alone or as part of a competing product.
• Outputs of "Copy this ad" are starting points built on an ad's structure. You are responsible for using them lawfully: do not copy another brand's text, visuals, music or people, label AI-generated content where platforms or law require it, and do not present AI actors as real customers.

API and MCP terms

• Keys are for your account and your team's seats only. Keep them secret.
• Rate limits apply per plan; see the docs.
• No resale of creator data, no republishing as a database, no use to build contact lists of creators.
• You are your own controller under the GDPR for any personal data you take from the API.
• When we notify you that a record was removed, delete it from your systems.
• We may suspend keys that break these rules.

Content of others

App names, icons, ad frames and posts belong to their owners. Chartjump is not affiliated with the apps it covers. If you own content shown here and want it removed, use the removal form. We handle requests within 72 hours.

Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential duties, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract, and in any case to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email for paid accounts. German law applies; for consumers, mandatory law of their home country stays in force.
